In order to complete the next steps, you will need CRO in your wallet to pay for gas fees on the Cronos chain.
You will need CRO in your Metemask wallet, ensure that your CRO is on the CRONOS chain. There are several ways to get CRO in your wallet but we suggest the following way because it is simple.
Downloading and applying for an account through Crypto.com’s wallet. The Crypto.com wallet is by far the easiest method to transfer funds directly to the Cronos chain on the Metamask wallet.
Additional methods would include buying CRO on any other DEX that has it. The downside to this is that most of the time, the token will be ERC-20 CRO which is on the Ethereum network. If you have ERC-20 CRO, you need to bridge it to CRC-20 (Cronos chain) on a bridge.
Once you have CRC-20 CRO in your Metamask wallet on the CRONOS chain, you can proceed to the next steps!
Once Cronaswap opens, click “Connect Wallet” Choose Metamask.
Load up however much CRO you want to swap to CRN.
Your balance should show up once you connect your wallet.
Make sure you are swapping CRO to CRN.
